Engagement Type:
Contractual, under the Jammu and Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement of Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project (JKCIP).
Duration: 1 year (extendable annually based on performance and project requirement).
Available Positions:
- Finance Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years in financial accounting in a government project/company.
- Experience in auditing and financial compliance.
- Knowledge of Tally or equivalent accounting software.
- Good accounting knowledge.
- Salary: ₹80,000/month
- Gender and Youth Officer
- Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Social Work/Gender Studies/Youth Development from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in community mobilization/youth engagement/gender-based programs.
- Proven track record in implementing related programs in rural areas.
- Strong understanding of gender issues and youth development.
- Salary: ₹80,000/month
- Manager MIS/AMI
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or Master’s in Computer Applications/Information Technology.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in MIS system development.
- Experience with databases, dashboards, analytics, and documentation.
- Technical knowledge of tools like ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, Oracle, MS Access, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Salary: ₹80,000/month
