As a Data Analyst, you’ll be part of a global team working with legal data, assisting law firms and companies with technical support, and managing case data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various internal teams (Engineering, IT, Project Management)
- Handle data: extract, transform, and upload to legal hosting platforms
- Provide customer support via email, phone, and screen-share
- Set up user accounts, send invitations, and guide clients through platforms
- Build and manage legal databases with correct access permissions
- Troubleshoot client issues like printing errors, search queries, and more
- Track and complete tasks within internal deadlines (SLAs)
- Join team meetings and company-wide virtual sessions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year of professional experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a must)
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Quick learner with high technical aptitude
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
