Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for analyzing unstructured data across SWZD’s ecosystem.
- Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to define business requirements for data collection and analysis.
- Design, test, validate, and implement custom client data products and services.
- Develop self-service BI reporting for internal business units and external clients.
- Measure the effectiveness of media advertising, email campaigns, and demand generation products for strategic clients.
- Support business growth by providing data-driven insights for structuring deals and improving customer campaigns.
- Act as a primary contact for strategic customer data inquiries, translating findings for non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Professional experience with Python (pandas, numpy), SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience using managed cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of clickstream/e-commerce analytic data (Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Wrike, Confluence).
- Understanding of B2B technology marketing.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Salary & Compensation
- Base Salary: INR 6,00,000 – 7,00,000 per annum
- Additional benefits: PF, health insurance, and flexible time off
