We are urgently hiring a Recruiter to join our remote team. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates for various positions, ensuring we attract top talent to our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s hiring strategy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine annual hiring needs.
- Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions.
- Advertise job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels such as career events, databases, and social media.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on high-performance criteria, particularly in sales.
- Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
- Support hiring teams in making objective and informed hiring decisions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and sourcing techniques is a plus.
