Position: Product Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product line based on user needs and company strategy.
- Utilize quantitative analysis and qualitative research (user research, competitive intelligence, market research) to guide product decisions.
- Define, track, report on, and optimize key success metrics to launch the MVP and iterate based on user feedback.
- Build and foster a strong team culture that emphasizes execution, results, and collaboration.
- Work closely with product and growth teams to plan and execute initiatives that enhance user experience, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management (or equivalent).
- Proven success in driving key product metrics (Activation, Engagement, Retention, NPS).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to build and optimize products.
- Strong leadership abilities with a history of motivating and developing engineering and design teams.
- Strong project management skills to identify needs, set objectives, and ensure continuous value delivery.
- Passion for learning and understanding market trends, user needs, and opportunities.
- Experience in UX/design is a plus.
- Background in self-serve B2B SaaS products is a plus.
