Essential Functions
- Perform data entry from various utility bill providers.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: BTech, BSc, BCom, or Post-Graduate degree.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM.
- Language Skills: Excellent English reading and comprehension.
Competencies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Independent thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess customer service issues and respond promptly.
- Team player with sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential data.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Experience
- Required: At least 1+ year of data entry processing experience in the Utilities/Energy field.
