Roles & Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing on our products/services to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality and performance
- Document and track issues, defects, and test results, and communicate findings to the development team
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall quality of our products/services
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that our products/services meet industry and regulatory compliance standards
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging quality assurance trends, and apply them to our processes
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare clear and detailed test reports and documentation for management and team members
- Maintain a comprehensive record of test cases, test results, and quality assessment data
Testing Tools and Automation:
- Utilize testing tools and, where applicable, implement test automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the quality assurance process
This Project Requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
- Proven 4+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus
