Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Proactively generate and qualify sales leads to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide satisfactory solutions and enhance their overall experience.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.




Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or previous roles as a Client Service Representative.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently over-achieving quotas.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills with a focus on active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
