Requirements and Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or previous roles as a Client Service Representative.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently over-achieving quotas.
- Strong phone contact handling skills with a focus on active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
