  • Name of the post: Global Employment Outsource (GEO) Client Support Manager
    • Role Overview: As the Global Employment Outsource (GEO) Client Support Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our Operations Team delivers an exceptional experience for both our employees and clients. Your responsibilities include supervising, guiding, and motivating a team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Your Impact:
    • Supervise team leaders with review/approval authority over all operations employees.
    • Drive the growth and success of your team.
    • Collaborate with the Sr Operations Manager to develop a scalable GEO Operational model aligned with budget targets.
    • Offer direct support to the Regional VP of Operations for special projects and opportunities stemming from partnerships and channels.
    • Monitor, report, and hold the team accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Manage routine operational governance and SLA review meetings.
    • Strategically plan, schedule, and review workload and team capacity to ensure cost-effective target achievement.
    • Establish and enhance operational processes for a lean and efficient model.
    • Monitor team performance, report on metrics, and identify training needs.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review successes and challenges.
    • Serve as an escalation point to manage client escalations and expectations.
    • Set quarterly objectives for the team in line with department goals and ensure their achievement.
    • Oversee day-to-day team operations and performance.
    • Perform regular performance evaluations.
    • Actively listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
    • Plan and organize team-building activities to keep the team engaged and motivated.
