1. Manager Sales / Business Development Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Room Inventory Sales.

  • Strong understanding of hotel room reservation and sales strategy.

  • Proven experience in business development and working with travel agents.

  • Ability to participate in trade events like OTM Mumbai, SATTE, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell hotel room inventory.

  • Establish connections with travel agents and corporate clients.

  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

2. Cook

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Indian cuisine.

  • Skilled in preparing high-quality dishes under time constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily meals with high hygiene standards.

  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently.

3. Hotel Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations.

  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.

Duke Kashmir Travels is currently seeking to expand its team by hiring Telecallers and Experienced Telecallers. We have a total of 41 positions available for this exciting opportunity. For Telecallers, we are looking for 20 female candidates who have successfully completed their graduation and possess excellent communication skills along with a quick learning ability. As for Experienced Telecallers, we have 20 openings exclusively for females who have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a reputed travel agency as telecallers. Preference will be given to candidates with more extensive experience. Additionally, we are also offering one position for a female candidate with an MBA in HR and proven experience. This role requires skills in communication, people management, leadership, quick learning, adaptability, and experience in handling attrition and shrinkage.
