About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Recruiting Support Specialist to join our Recruiting team remotely from India. As our first recruiting hire in India, you will support global hiring efforts, ensuring a seamless hiring experience aligned with YipitData’s culture and values. This role requires some overlap with US East Coast hours.
Responsibilities:
Global Recruiting Operations Support:
- Manage hiring processes with third-party recruiting teams and hiring managers.
- Post job descriptions and configure interview steps in Greenhouse (ATS).
- Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks as needed.
Recruiting Coordination for India & US:
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication.
- Schedule and coordinate remote (and occasionally on-site) interviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Continuously improve and streamline recruiting processes.
- Handle additional recruiting-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1.5+ years in Recruiting Coordination or Operations Administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and quick to learn new technologies. Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously while managing different stakeholders.
- Career Interest: Passion for Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, or a Recruiting career path.
- Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Availability: Some overlap with US East Coast hours is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $10,000 – $15,000 USD (final offer depends on experience, skills, and internal benchmarks).
