Name of the post: Solution Consultant (Enterprise Customers)
Location: Remote | Organization: Pearson – Enterprise Learning & Skills
We are looking for a Solution Consultant who will help our enterprise customers find the right solutions to achieve their business goals. You will work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver great results.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand enterprise customers’ challenges and goals.
- Support the development and presentation of tailored solution proposals.
- Join strategic discussions and workshops with customers.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise learning models and the skilling ecosystem in APAC.
- Proven success in selling/delivering complex solutions to large organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of enterprise technology trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Tableau, Power BI, or Miro is a plus.
