Name of the post: Payroll Team Leader
Role Overview: As the Payroll Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the HR Operations Division at Safeguard Global, India. Your primary responsibility is to support Hong Kong payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely processing throughout the payroll cycle.

- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team using effective people management skills.
- Allocate workloads, share knowledge, review performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
- Payroll Processing
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client payrolls, from receipt of changes to payroll dispatch and approval.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to align processes effectively.
- Training and Development
- Provide necessary training and development for the team, including structured induction for new members.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Manage year-end statutory returns and ensure timely payments and accurate submissions within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate customer records on CRM systems and meet internal reporting requirements.
- Process Enhancement
- Develop processes and procedures aligning with customer and business requirements.

- 9-10 years of payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple customers in a payroll/HR or project management capacity
