Accounts Assistant job

Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) is seeking applications for the position of Accounts Assistant on a contractual basis.

Vacancy Details:

1. Name of the posts: Accounts Assistant

3. Minimum Eligibility:
   • Full-Time Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized University.
   • 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with hands-on experience in Tally ERP (Prime) Accounting Application.
   • Knowledge of GST & TDS laws and filing compliance.

Remuneration per month: The consolidated monthly remuneration (inclusive of all allowances, perquisites, and taxes) shall be Rs. 25,000.

Eligibility Criteria: The selection of candidates for an interview will be based on the following criteria:

1. Qualification: M.Com (Full Time) Weightage: 70 points Remarks: Calculated on a pro-rata basis for Marks obtained in PG (M.Com).
2. Experience: 10 points Remarks: 02 for each Year, subject to a maximum of 10
3. Interview 20 points
4. Total 100 –

Terms and Conditions:

1. The engagement is on a contract basis for 1 year, extendable based on the requirement of SSCL and the selected candidate’s performance.
2. Termination can occur with 1-month notice or remittance of one month’s pay. If a candidate wishes to leave SSCL, one month’s notice or salary in lieu is required.
3. Candidates must abide by SSCL’s HR Policy and other company policies.
4. Candidates must declare no prior charges/convictions, dismissal, or insolvency.
5. No claims for further extension/absorption in SSCL or J&K Government beyond 1 year.
6. Maximum age on 10th October 2023 complies with J&K government regulations for SSB/PSC recruitment.
