Job Description
The Contractor Relations Representative will coordinate with contractors and service technicians to manage customer claim requests. The role involves maintaining contractor relationships, scheduling appointments, tracking work orders, and ensuring quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with contractors and trade partners.
- Assign work orders to technicians.
- Coordinate and confirm customer appointments.
- Follow up with customers and contractors.
- Maintain daily performance targets and CRM records.
- Contact alternative contractors when required.
- Handle escalated issues and report service-related concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
- At least 2 years of customer-facing work experience.
