Experience Required
- 10+ years of Clinical Data Management experience
- Experience leading studies and client-facing projects
- End-to-end Clinical Data Management (CDM) experience
- Rave CDMS experience required
- CRO experience preferred
Education / Qualification
- BA/BS in Biological Sciences, Natural Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline, or Registered Nurse.
- Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Data Management as the functional lead and coordinate Data Management teams.
- Manage project plans, resources, milestones, documentation, and data/query activities.
- Communicate project progress with sponsors and internal teams.
- Support financial management, audits, meetings, proposals, and training.
- Maintain TMF documentation and mentor Data Management staff.
Required Skills
Strong project management, leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, and decision-making skills are required. Experience with Rave, Oracle Clinical, or Inform, clinical data, medical terminology, and ICH/GCP is valuable. Oncology and Phase 1/clinical pharmacology experience is preferred.
