Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable ML, deep learning, LLM and GenAI solutions.
- Build enterprise-grade LLM, RAG and multi-agent systems.
- Develop and optimize ML/LLM inference and production pipelines.
- Mentor MLEs and guide technical design and engineering practices.
- Drive ML roadmaps and deliver business-focused AI solutions.
- Ensure security, scalability, monitoring and architectural integrity.
Education & Experience
- PhD with 5+ years’ relevant experience, or MS with 8+ years in ML/software engineering.
- 6+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- 4+ years building and deploying GenAI/AI applications.
- Strong mathematics, statistics, computer science and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LLMs, RAG, recommendation systems, deep learning, causal inference, ML/LLM Ops and production ML services.
