KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews using AI-led approaches.
- Analyze recruiting funnel, pipeline, capacity, and performance data.
- Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into process, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Establish data quality checks, documentation, and governance practices.
- Independently manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Measure project outcomes and communicate recommendations.
- Present insights and findings to Recruiting leaders and business partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve analysis and automate workflows.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Recruiting data and talent acquisition analytics experience.
- Experience creating reports or dashboards using spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, or similar technologies.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with Greenhouse and Workday is preferred.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience and demonstrate AI-Native experience, including practical use of AI tools for analysis, workflow automation, and business problem-solving.
