ProductLife Group is hiring a PMO Coordinator in India to support the financial and operational success of consulting engagements within its Business Development & Engineering (PD&E) Business Unit. The position will work closely with Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Account Managers, Service Line Leads, Operations, and Finance teams.
The role focuses on project planning, financial monitoring, resource forecasting, KPI reporting, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, resource allocations, forecasts, and capacity plans.
- Support scenario modelling, workload management, and resource forecasting.
- Provide portfolio-level visibility into schedules, utilization, and FTE requirements.
- Analyze budgets, costs, margins, invoicing, utilization, and operational KPIs.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and management insights.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, estimates, and operational constraints.
- Develop planning templates, procedures, documentation, and best-practice standards.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations and minutes, and support stakeholder training.
- Assist with operational reporting and client feedback management.
Education & Experience
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and 4–6+ years of relevant experience in project finance, financial analysis, project management, or project operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, reporting, and complex formulas, are required.
Preferred Skills
Experience in life sciences consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CROs, medical devices, or management consulting is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce, Intacct, Nexonia, Certinia, Tableau, Power BI, or similar systems is also beneficial.
