Key Responsibilities

- Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate data, and document results.
- Coordinate end-user training and prepare training documentation.
- Perform detailed business process analysis and project management.
- Use query and reporting tools to provide timely information.
- Support HR applications and systems where required.
- Maintain help desk records and knowledge-base documentation.
- Participate in IT software standards and procedure development.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have 5–7 years of analyst experience, strong software systems experience, and hands-on knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, integrations, and related technologies. Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and managing projects is important for this position.
