Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Partner with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Prepare engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work with HR leadership to improve employee retention and engagement.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and generate hiring reports.
- Improve employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing recruitment teams in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
