Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and moving service provider calls.
- Process order modifications, cancellations, and replacement requests.
- Resolve same-day and next-day service issues.
- Coordinate order replacements and negotiate prices when required.
- Handle payment release requests and provide assistance during service delivery.
- Follow company policies and meet performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Experience working with US-based business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and G Suite.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Quiet home workspace with internet speed of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Work Schedule
Candidates must work the US Central Time schedule, corresponding to 11:30 PM–7:00 AM IST. Night shift allowance applies according to company policy.
