The Core Payments team is at the heart of Roku’s subscription success.
We power seamless in-stream, on-TV purchases across:
- TV
- Web
- Mobile
- Advertising platforms
From SVOD & TVOD subscriptions to device sales and shoppable ads, this team supports Roku’s rapid global expansion.
🎯 About the Role – Why This Position Is Special
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Roku Pay, you will:
- Translate complex data into meaningful business intelligence
- Build financial controls, reconciliation models, and reporting frameworks
- Support global subscription launches and payment innovations
- Influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights
This role blends analytics, finance, payments, and strategy, making it ideal for professionals who want impact, ownership, and growth.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Impact)
- Build deep domain knowledge and identify reporting gaps
- Design, develop, and maintain accurate financial and compliance reports
- Continuously enhance reconciliation models for precision and scale
- Partner with Product, Platform, Finance, and Partnerships teams
- Perform advanced quantitative analysis on large datasets
- Automate workflows using SQL and Python
- Interpret trends and present insights to senior leadership
- Support new market launches and evolving payment systems
- Proactively escalate issues with clear communication and solutions
✅ We’re Excited If You Have…
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Finance, or Payments
- Strong command of Advanced SQL
- Python scripting experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with large datasets and complex databases
- Dashboard & visualization expertise (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Jupyter Notebook
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
