As a Facilitator – Digital Marketing, you’ll act as a knowledge leader, mentor, and quality champion within Chegg’s learning ecosystem. You’ll support students through live sessions, chats, video tutoring, grading, and community engagement—ensuring every learner receives accurate, high-quality, industry-relevant guidance.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Responsibilities)
You’ll be responsible for delivering excellence across multiple learning touchpoints:
- Perform core SME activities: Grading, Live Chat, QA, Live Lessons, and Weekly Video Tutoring
- Maintain a QA score of 80% and above across all activities
- Deliver accurate, engaging, and industry-aligned digital marketing content
- Review mentor-led sessions and ensure alignment with updated guidelines
- Provide on-demand video support to students
- Conduct live Q&A sessions to improve clarity and engagement
- Participate in community support initiatives to resolve learner queries
- Handle complex or high-difficulty digital marketing tasks confidently
- Review external content and provide detailed, actionable feedback
- Identify knowledge or process gaps among team members and report to leads
- Train and mentor MNEs (Mentor New Entrants) during their first 90 days
- Support MNEs in daily workflows and performance improvement
- Curate and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies
- Suggest curriculum updates, new courses, and market-driven additions
- Analyze chat and grading volumes and suggest shift redistribution
- Prepare initial reports on grading contributions and live chat effectiveness
📊 Secondary Responsibilities
- Analyze graded checkpoints, chats, and video support sessions
- Rate performance against defined quality standards
- Present insights and recommendations to drive process and quality improvements
✅ Eligibility & Skills We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of industry experience in Digital Marketing (portfolio required)
- Experience in EdTech (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (US student interaction)
- Confidence in delivering live online sessions via Zoom or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts & tools
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Relevant degree or professional certifications
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement
