🔥 The Opportunity: Finance Manager (Product Control)
This role puts you at the core of Revolut’s financial engine.
The Finance team doesn’t just record numbers — they shape strategy, manage risk, and power decision-making across the business. As a Finance Manager – Product Control, you will work with complex investment products, high-volume trading data, and advanced controls that directly impact global operations.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Impact)
You’ll take ownership of financial control across market-making and treasury activities, including:
✔ Performing daily independent P&L and balance sheet reviews
✔ Covering FX, crypto, equities, and treasury investments (debt securities, repos, derivatives)
✔ Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records
✔ Delivering strong financial controls to validate and monitor P&L and balance sheet movements
✔ Collaborating with Treasury, Risk, Operations, and Financial Control teams
✔ Applying technical accounting expertise to support stakeholders and audits
✔ Supporting financial statement preparation and accounting policy decisions
✔ Working with Data Analysts to build independent valuation models and controls
✔ Using SQL to support reporting, controls, and automation
✔ Managing and completing the month-end close process
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your work directly supports Revolut’s global growth.
🎓 What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
✅ Intermediate SQL skills
✅ 4+ years in a regulated financial services environment
✅ 3+ years in product control, valuation control, investment banking, or similar finance roles
✅ Strong experience with complex investment products
✅ Solid analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving mindset
✅ Proven knowledge of IFRS accounting
✅ High motivation, ownership mentality, and delivery focus
⭐ Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)
➕ CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification
➕ Formal accounting qualification
➕ Experience in a fast-growing fintech or tech-driven organisation
💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Poland: PLN 12,800 – 14,200 gross per month
🌍 Other locations: Compensation discussed during interview
👉 Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and qualifications.
