🔍 ABOUT THE ROLE: IT RECRUITER (REMOTE – INDIA)
As an IT Recruiter at BairesDev, you will be at the heart of talent acquisition. You won’t just screen resumes — you’ll identify, engage, interview, and guide top-tier IT professionals through a structured and high-quality recruitment journey.
This role is perfect for someone who:

You will act as a career partner for candidates, ensuring they feel motivated, informed, and excited throughout the process.
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
- 🔎 Review candidates’ online profiles and resumes to assess overall suitability
- 📞 Contact candidates via phone calls, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email to validate interest
- 🎯 Motivate and engage candidates to actively participate in the hiring process
- 🧠 Conduct structured interviews to assess:
- Technical background
- Work experience
- Career interests
- Commitment level
- Logic and common-sense reasoning
- 🗂️ Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial screening to final stages
- 🖥️ Keep applicant tracking systems and internal records updated accurately
✅ WHAT BAIRESDEV IS LOOKING FOR
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- ✔️ 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- ✔️ Mandatory IT recruiting experience
- ✔️ Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- ✔️ Experience using recruitment tools and ATS platforms
- ✔️ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✔️ Ability to work with candidates from diverse global backgrounds
- ✔️ Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written)
- ✔️ Must be located in India
