🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within mainframe & client-server environments
- Mentor junior associates and provide technical guidance
- Handle scheduling software, reporting, and workload balancing
- Lead application/environment upgrades and migrations
- Collaborate with tech support, clients, and automation teams
- Use tools like TSO, JCL, SDSF, SharePoint, Job Scheduler
- Work on server scripts, FTP, EasyTrieve, SAS, and more
🎯 What You’ll Need:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of IT experience (or equivalent experience with relevant degree)
- Strong understanding of Mainframe (TSO, SDSF, JCL) and Job Scheduling tools
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Ability to read/code server scripts
- Hands-on with Microsoft Office tools
- Midrange server knowledge
Good-to-Haves:
- ITIL Foundation
- Smart automation exposure
- Microsoft Visio, FTP, SAS, File Aid
