🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
🌐 Team Leadership
Lead, coach & mentor a virtual team of Business Analysts.
Manage 24/7 technical support operations.
Drive team development, performance reviews & training.
💻 Technical & Customer Support
Troubleshoot escalated technical issues with precision.
Collaborate with internal GBT teams to solve problems fast.
Reduce recurring technical issues through smart automation.
📈 Process Optimization
Analyze workflow data to make impactful improvements.
Define and enforce policies for service consistency and excellence.
Track KPIs to measure success and performance.
🤝 Communication & Collaboration
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, from tech teams to end users.
Represent GTAS in meetings, share progress, and celebrate wins.
Partner cross-functionally to build better support systems.
💡 What We’re Looking For
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (or equivalent experience).
10+ years professional experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Experience in travel technology & application support.
Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), ITIL, Salesforce, AWS is a plus.
Proficiency in ticketing tools like Freshservice or ServiceNow.
Strong MS Excel & Office Suite skills.
