| Land Consultant | Retired Tehsildar / Naib Tehsildar or higher / equivalent rank from the Department of Revenue (UT of J&K). |
| Internal Audit (consultant) | Retired Assistant Accounts Officer or higher / equivalent rank from the Directorate General of Accounts and Treasuries / Finance Department (UT of J&K). |
