Job Details:

1. Name of the post: Sales Manager
   • No. of posts: 4 No.’s (Male/Female)
   • Educational Qualification: Graduate with age above 30 years
   • Salary: up to Rs. 15,000 and high commission.
   • Note: Knowledge of real estate sector (handling sales team is mandatory)
2. Name of the post: Marketing team
   • No. of posts: 10 No’s (Male/Female)
   • Educational Qualification: Graduate with age above 26 years salary upto 10000 and high commission
3. Name of the post: Social Media Executive
   • No. of posts: 4 No.’s (Female/ Male preferred)
   • Qualification: Complete knowledge of social media handling Instagram, Facebook, emails, and all social media work , attending phone calls,
   • Salary: 7000 and Commission
4. Name of the post: Office Coordinator / Tele caller (Female Preferred)
   • Qualification: Should have good communications in English / Hindi / Urdu / Kashmiri,  Minimum 12th Pass
   • Age above 26 is mandatory.
   • Call centre experience will be advantage.
   • Salary: Rs. 5000 and commission.

Note:

• Real estate experience on above profiles will be an advantage
• Local market knowledge is mandatory.
• Candidates from Srinagar will be preferred.
