Application are hereby invited from eligible candidates for engagement against contractual positions for the post mentioned below in Poonch District for period of One Year under Centrally Sponsored Scheme” Sub Mission on Agriculture Extension (SMAE- ATMA) for the year 2021-22“. The eligibility & other terms and conditions of the contractual engagement are as under:

  1. The candidate should be a Domicile of J&K UT
  2. The candidate must have a qualification of
    • B.Tech. / MCA for Computer Programmer
    • Graduate with Diploma in Computer Applications or an equivalent qualification from a recognized or reputed institution.
  3. The candidate must have an experience of 1 year for B. Tech, and 1.5 years for MCA

  1. The candidate should be a Domicile of J&K UT
  2. The candidate must have a qualification of Graduate in Agri. & Allied Sector /PG in Agri. & Allied Sector.
  3. The candidate must have an experience of at least 1 year preferably.

Terms & conditions:-

  1. The selected candidate shall have to work on contractual basis and shall not claim any permanent employment on said post.
  2. The period of contract shall be for one year and can be extended depending upon the performance of selected candidate & continuation of the scheme.
  3. The position is temporary & nontransferable.
  4. The employment is subject to availability of funds under the scheme.
  5. The service of selected candidates can be terminated with one month notice in advance if the work and conduct is not found satisfactory during employment.
  6. The contract shall deemed to have been cancel/terminated once scheme is withdrawn by GOI or State Govt.
  7. The selection committee shall have rights to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
  8. The selected candidate for the post of ATM shall have to give an undertaking that he/she shall work in block of the District for which selected.
  9. No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
  10. The age of the applicant should not be more than 65 years.

Application Procedure:-

The prescribed application form dully filled by candidate along with self attested photocopies of qualification, experience & character certificates should be submitted in office of Member Secretary ATMA Chief Agriculture Officer Poonch District. The last date for submission of application form which is earlier 6th of October and is now extended upto 25th of October 2021.
