Provisional shortlist cum interview notification for the post of Supervisor
Technical advertised vide Notification No. 03 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020.
Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, Srinagar, conducted OMR Based Written Test for the post of Supervisor Technical on 18.022021 advertised vide Notification No. 03 of 2020, dated 26.06.2020.
Based on the points / marks secured in the written test, the following candidates have been provisionally shortlisted and called for document verification cum interview to be held on 28.04.2021 at 10.00 AM in SKIMS Auditorium:*

It maybe noted that the above shortlisted candidates are five times the actual number of posts advertised and as such none of the above candidates shall have any claim to his/her inclusion in the final selection list, simply on the ground of figuring in this provisional shortlist. It may also be noted that the above list is not in order of merit.
The candidates are required to produce following documents in original at the time of document verification / interview: –
- Domicile Certificate
- Copy of Online Application form along with fee payment receipt.
- Matriculation Date of Birth Certificate.
- Degree / Diploma Certificate
- Bonafide certificate issued by the Controller/ Registrar of the concerned University in respect of candidates, who have obtained degrees from the Universities/Colleges outs ide the Union Territory of J&K, other than Central Universities.
The candidates are also advised to bring a set of self-attested photocopies of all above documents on the day of document verification/ interview and two recent passport size photographs.
In the event of failure of a candidate for appearing in document verification/ interview on the scheduled date, he/ she shall forfeit his/her candidature for the post of Supervisor Technical.
The shortlisting and subsequent selection is subject to outcome of any writ petition (s) pending before any Court of Competent Jurisdiction.
