Job Description
The selected candidate will handle US-market sales, generate leads, contact prospects, build customer relationships and convert potential leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospects through calls and emails.
- Generate, nurture and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain product benefits.
- Schedule sales meetings and product demos.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Assist new customers with initial onboarding.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- 5+ years of B2B or inside sales experience.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Clear American English pronunciation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Ability to work with US business hours.
Preferred Experience: SaaS, software, payroll, HR technology, accounting solutions or Salesforce.
