Job Description
The selected candidate will provide technical support to customers using LakeFusion’s Master Data Management platform. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing support tickets, assisting with customer onboarding and coordinating with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email, chat and support tickets.
- Resolve login, access and data-related issues.
- Assist customers with data imports and pipeline configuration.
- Manage support tickets and meet SLA targets.
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams.
- Maintain support records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Understanding of CSV, JSON and Parquet file formats.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk or Jira.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk or customer service, or equivalent training.
- Basic understanding of data management concepts.
- Willingness to learn cloud data platforms and Master Data Management.
Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Python, ETL and Azure is an added advantage.
