Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist will review customer interactions, evaluate service quality, and provide feedback to improve employee performance and customer experience. The role also involves using AI-powered quality monitoring tools such as Level AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer calls and interactions.
- Evaluate service quality and sales processes.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Maintain quality audit records and reports.
- Use AI tools to identify performance gaps.
- Support managers with employee improvement plans.
- Identify customer experience trends and concerns.
Required Skills and Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience in QA, customer service, coaching, or sales.
- Experience in a sales or customer service call centre.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Experience working with US-based business teams.
- AI quality monitoring experience is preferred.
Technical Requirements: A quiet workspace and internet speed of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Salary and Benefits
