Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will manage content creation, social media, email campaigns, and marketing activities. The role involves working with sales, product, and design teams to improve brand communication and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit blogs, emails, case studies, and landing pages.
- Manage social media calendars and campaigns.
- Create clear, engaging B2B marketing content.
- Track content performance, website traffic, and engagement.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams.
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor content.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5–6 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience managing content calendars and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media tools and performance analytics.
- B2B or SaaS marketing experience is preferred.
- Experience working with US-based teams.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
Working Hours: 8 hours daily, excluding breaks, including 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours (7:30 PM–11:30 PM IST) and 4 flexible hours.
Technical Requirement: A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive an annual salary of ₹6.93 lakh to ₹9.71 lakh, depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
