Experience Required
- 7–10+ years in business analysis, business process consulting, functional consulting, or related roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, demos, and requirements sessions.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, releases, and UAT.
- Coordinate ServiceNow implementations through deployment and go-live.
- Develop training, communication, change-management, and go-live materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong ServiceNow and ITSM knowledge, process transformation experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, client-facing communication, Agile delivery experience, and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications plus Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification.
