SALARY / CTC: The advertised CTC range for this position is:
₹27,71,295 – ₹40,64,566 per year
The final CTC will be communicated at the offer stage and may depend on skills, experience, education, certifications, industry background, and the EoR vendor’s compensation structure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Staff Business Analyst will lead strategic data initiatives and ensure that business requirements are successfully converted into scalable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving enterprise data strategy, governance, standards, traceability, lineage, mapping, and data quality.
- Translating business requirements into practical and future-ready technology solutions.
- Working with Product, PMO, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Leading complex data analysis and generating insights for business and executive decision-making.
- Maintaining application backlogs and ensuring proper prioritization.
- Identifying project risks related to scope, timelines, budgets, and business impact.
- Supporting application performance, reliability, stability, and operational excellence.
- Identifying data and process gaps and driving continuous improvement.
- Supporting self-service analytics and business adoption of data solutions.
- Ensuring data initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across multiple business and technical domains.
- Mentoring junior Business Analysts and helping improve team capabilities.
- Supporting AI/ML-related initiatives in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies, processes, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
Candidates should have experience in technology-enabled solutions, requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, User Acceptance Testing, project implementation, and business process improvement.
Experience with Business Process Reengineering in the finance industry is important. Candidates should also have successfully participated in or led at least two end-to-end project implementations as a Business Analyst.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to mentor less experienced Business Analysts and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is also expected.
