Key Responsibilities

  • Develop transition strategies and implementation plans.
  • Manage end-to-end service and process transitions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational handover.
  • Conduct governance meetings and executive presentations.
  • Manage stakeholders and client expectations.
  • Monitor project risks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain transition documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
  • Support post-transition stabilization activities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in transition management, service delivery, project management, or procurement consulting.
  • Experience working with US-based and global clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Project skills.
  • Ability to work with US Eastern Time Zone overlap.
