Key Responsibilities
- Develop transition strategies and implementation plans.
- Manage end-to-end service and process transitions.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international teams.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational handover.
- Conduct governance meetings and executive presentations.
- Manage stakeholders and client expectations.
- Monitor project risks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain transition documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
- Support post-transition stabilization activities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in transition management, service delivery, project management, or procurement consulting.
- Experience working with US-based and global clients.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Project skills.
- Ability to work with US Eastern Time Zone overlap.
