As a Senior Analyst, CX Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence through accurate reporting, advanced dashboards, KPI frameworks, and strategic insights.
You will collaborate with Technical Support leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and performance visibility—helping leaders make smarter, faster, and better decisions.
🚀 What You Will Do
📊 Reporting & Analytics
- Build and enhance dashboards in Power BI
- Develop technical support KPI reporting aligned with Balanced Scorecard
- Validate reporting across Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel
- Provide regular and ad-hoc performance reports
📁 Documentation & Process Improvement
- Document reporting processes in Confluence & SharePoint
- Audit and update outdated documentation
- Improve and streamline reporting workflows
🤝 Stakeholder Communication
- Act as reporting SME for leadership
- Present trends and insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to reporting governance
🎯 Strategic Execution
- Support reporting strategy design
- Track operational performance and improvement opportunities
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years in reporting, BI, or technical support operations
- Advanced Power BI, Salesforce & MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of KPI development & Balanced Scorecard
- Excellent analytical & documentation skills
- Strong communication & presentation ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
