This role sits at the core of IG’s financial ecosystem. You’ll be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team ensuring client deposits and withdrawals move smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with global regulations.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Impact)
As a Payment Operations Analyst, you will:
- ✅ Process client deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently
- 💳 Handle multiple payment methods (Cards, Bank Transfers, PayPal & more)
- 🔐 Enforce strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls
- 📑 Verify bank statements and payment methods
- 🏦 Administer internal payment and banking portals
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot complex payment issues and discrepancies
- 📊 Manage daily operational reports, audits, bonuses, and tax postings
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries
- 🚀 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance
