🎯 Role in a Nutshell

As a Lead Visual Designer, you will set the design direction for multiple high-impact initiatives across marketing, product, and web platforms.

You will:

• Own and evolve the visual and interaction design language
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams
• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing designers
• Ensure visual consistency, usability, and excellence across BrowserStack’s digital presence

This role is perfect for a strategic design leader who thrives in SaaS, scale, and cross-functional collaboration.

🧠 Desired Experience & Qualifications

You’re a strong fit if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Proven experience designing for SaaS or B2B products
• Hands-on experience leading or managing design teams
• Experience driving large-scale website redesigns or rebranding projects
• Experience working with global and cross-cultural teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or Computer Science (preferred)
