As a Validations Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor within a Global IT Organization, supporting critical Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) programs built on Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional global teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure validated, compliant, and high-quality software systems—directly impacting patient safety and regulatory success.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Provide business and system validation support for enterprise software systems
- Lead and facilitate system validation activities across departments and clients
- Support system upgrades, releases, and modifications throughout the SDLC
- Prepare and execute validation plans, test cases, and validation summary reports
- Review and approve change controls as per SOPs
- Ensure test scripts accurately challenge functional requirements
- Execute test scripts to generate compliance evidence and validation proof
- Create, manage, and validate test data environments
- Participate in project team meetings as a validation representative
- Address validation issues from internal or external audits
- Collaborate with leadership on documentation, PQ reviews, and remediation
- Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and sponsor expectations
- Work independently while managing multiple deadlines effectively
🎓 Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in software validation, business analysis, or regulated environments preferred

- Strong customer-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

- Experience reviewing requirements, design specs, and test plans
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
