Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to student queries professionally and promptly via WhatsApp
- Assisting students in placing orders on the online portal
- Taking and processing orders directly through WhatsApp
- Providing solved PDFs, notes, and study materials to students
- Coordinating with the content and writing team for order updates
- Sharing tracking IDs and delivery updates with customers
- Handling delayed orders with patience and empathy
- Calming dissatisfied customers and resolving issues effectively
- Maintaining backend records in Spreadsheets & Dashboards
