You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, support, and account teams, transforming the customer experience through proactive problem-solving and deep technical insight.

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
  • Deeply understand customer operations and align Samsara solutions to their goals
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and API integrations
  • Proactively identify risks, optimization opportunities, and growth potential
  • Lead communication during critical incidents, ensuring clarity and confidence
  • Maintain accurate records in Samsara’s engagement systems
  • Partner internally to advocate for customer needs
  • Share best practices and help scale the Technical Account Management team
  • Occasionally travel or support after-hours during customer-critical events

🎯 Who This Role Is Perfect For

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Ability to work North America Central & Eastern Time Zones
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, hardware/software systems
  • Passion for learning emerging technologies including AI & machine learning
