Job Details:

This is a hybrid role based in Guindy, Chennai, offering exposure to international stakeholders, advanced cloud platforms, and leadership collaboration.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing (Your Impact)

Google Workspace Administration

  • Configure, manage, and optimize Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet
  • Handle MDM, MFA, SMTP services, TrendMicro appliances
  • Support critical internal business applications

Security & Compliance Leadership

  • Enforce access controls, DLP policies, MFA, 2-Step Verification
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards
  • Restrict external data sharing using smart Organizational Units (OUs)

User & Access Management

  • Structure users by department, location, and role
  • Apply granular, context-aware permissions
  • Ensure every user has the right access — no more, no less

Troubleshooting & Escalation

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex Google Workspace issues
  • Proactively monitor system health and performance
  • Work directly with Google Enterprise Support

Documentation, Training & Strategy

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Train end users and IT teams globally
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and IT leadership to deliver smart solutions

🧠 What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • 6+ years experience across cloud platforms (Azure preferred, then GCP, AWS)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Workspace Administration
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMs, networking & security
  • Experience with IT process design and customer interaction
  • 4+ years team leadership experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills — technical to non-technical

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
🕒 Work Model: Hybrid | 24×7 rotational shifts
🏢 Environment: Professional office setup
