🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who sees this role not as a short-term job, but as the beginning of a long-term journey with Indiahikes.
As part of our social media team, you will assist in shaping content strategies, creating engaging posts, managing community interactions, and analysing performance across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, data, storytelling, and meaningful digital engagement.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others
- Handle direct messages (DMs) and respond to community queries
- Support day-to-day social media operations
- Analyse social media performance and insights
- Assist the social media team in achieving larger organisational goals
- Maintain brand voice and values across all content
✅ Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior work experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Minimum age: 22 years
- Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore
- Passion for trekking and travel is important, but not the only criterion
💰 Salary & Growth
- Salary starts at ₹5,00,000 per annum
- Higher starting salary may be offered based on prior experience
