As a Data Analyst at Viasat, you will work with large, complex datasets to uncover insights that drive critical business decisions. You will play a key role in building automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Parse, clean, and manipulate raw data using Python, SQL, R, and BI tools
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and actionable outcomes
- Build simple, elegant visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana
- Develop and automate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Identify data gaps and recommend solutions to improve data quality
- Monitor big data using statistics, modeling, simulation, and BI tools
- Support business teams by translating data into clear insights
📅 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain and automate reporting pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Perform statistical analysis and data validation
- Create intuitive dashboards that influence decisions
🎯 What You’ll Need
- 3–4 years of experience with SQL
- 3–4 years of hands-on data analysis and reporting experience
- 3–4 years of Python experience (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, scikit-learn)
- 6–8 years of dashboarding experience (Tableau / Power BI / Grafana)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
