📌 Job Details

1️⃣ Assistant Professor – Dairy Engineering

• Number of Posts: 01
• Essential Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree in Dairy Engineering / Food Engineering / Food Process Engineering
    OR
  • Master’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering with specialization in Dairy Engineering
    OR
  • Ph.D. in the concerned discipline (even if Master’s eligibility is not as per above)

2️⃣ Assistant Professor – Dairy Microbiology

• Number of Posts: 02
• Essential Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree in Dairy Microbiology
    OR
  • Master’s Degree in Veterinary Microbiology with specialization in Dairy Microbiology
    OR
  • Ph.D. in the concerned discipline (Master’s eligibility relaxed)

3️⃣ Assistant Professor – Dairy Chemistry

• Number of Posts: 01
• Essential Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree in Dairy Chemistry
    OR
  • Master’s Degree in Veterinary or Animal Sciences with specialization in Dairy Chemistry
    OR
  • Ph.D. in the concerned discipline (Master’s eligibility relaxed)

🎓 Graduate Level Requirement (Common for All Posts)

Candidates must possess one of the following at graduate level:

• B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc. (4-Year Degree Programme) / B.V.Sc. & A.H.

💰 Salary / Consolidated Wages

• ₹35,000 per month – For Master’s Degree holders
• ₹45,000 per month – For Ph.D. Degree holders

• Engagement is purely contractual and temporary.
• Appointment is valid for one semester or until regular posts are filled, whichever is earlier.
• Extension for one more semester may be granted based on performance and availability of funds.
• No claim for regularization or permanent appointment will be entertained.
• One-month notice is mandatory in case of resignation.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• University reserves the right to withdraw the advertised positions at any stage.
