🎓 Eligibility Criteria
For Junior Personal Assistant (JPA):
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-year course in Office Management & Secretarial Practice or equivalent.
- Shorthand speed: 80 wpm | Typing speed: 40 wpm (English).
- Hindi shorthand/typing desirable.
For Junior Executive (Rajbhasha):
- Graduate with Hindi as elective and English as main subject, OR equivalent degree/diploma in Hindi.
- Knowledge of Hindi software preferred.
Age Limit (as of Nov 15, 2025):
- Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 28 years
- Relaxation: OBC – 3 yrs, SC/ST – 5 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs, Ex-Servicemen – as per rules.
🧩 Selection Process
- Online Examination
- Includes Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Aptitude, English, and General Awareness.
- Skill Test (for JPA only)
- Shorthand and typing test.
- Document Verification
For Junior Executive (Rajbhasha) – Objective and Descriptive (Translation) Tests will be conducted.

Selected candidates will earn between ₹29,000 – ₹93,000 per month, plus attractive benefits:
